Infinity Electronics Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Infinity Electronics, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges—subject to the terms below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item or model.

  • The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Please note: Products that have been used, physically damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened earphones, headphones, or microphones.

  • Software, digital downloads, or activation keys.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, power surge, or accidental breakage.

  • Clearance or “final sale” items clearly marked as non-returnable.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via 0714 164 384 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos/videos of the item (if damaged or defective).

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address or pickup option.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your replacement or refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error or defect from our side.


6. Exchanges

If you prefer, we can replace your returned product with a new or equivalent item instead of issuing a refund—depending on stock availability.


7. Warranty Claims

Some electronic items may include manufacturer warranties.
If your item develops a fault after the 7-day return window, please contact us for guidance on warranty repair or replacement procedures.
