All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation SMS or email once your order has been successfully placed and processed.

We offer several shipping options to meet your delivery needs:

3. Shipping Coverage
Infinity Electronics ships to all major towns and cities across Kenya through trusted courier partners.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches you.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us immediately at 0714 164 384 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as bad weather, courier issues, or stock shortages.
If this occurs, our team will notify you promptly about your order status.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Infinity Electronics delivers within Kenya only.
